Payment
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, money orders, checks and even cash! Payments by check may delay shipment of your order to allow the the check to clear.
(Currently we do not accept credit card payments on the phone.)

Lay-Away
We will set up a individual lay-away program. Please contact us for details. Lay-aways are free, but there is a $25.00 fee if the lay-away is not paid. Coin(s) will be shipped when all the payments have been completed.

Shipping
Almost all orders will be mailed within 24 hours of payment. We ship USPS First Class. If more than 5 coins are being shipped, we may use USPS Priority mail. Insurance is added to orders over $200. If you desire other shipping arrangements, please email steve@SheenasCertifiedCoins.com .

Returns
Returns are accepted for any reason for up to 7 days after receiving the order. We will pay return shipping if we made a mistake on your order, otherwise we ask that the customer pays the return shipping. A refund will be given after we receive the coins.
